Brad is a staff elder and Cross & Crown's founding and lead pastor. He serves the church as its primary preaching pastor, as well as overseeing its vision and corporate worship efforts. Brad has been married to his wife Holly since 1999 and they have nine children and two sons-in-law – Cooper, Margo and her husband Gabe, Sloan and her husband Will, Everett, Blythe;, Owen; Paige, Asher, and Reese.

He has served in local church ministry since 2003. He and his family moved to Tulsa to plant Mercyview Church in May 2010 from St. Louis, MO, where he spent three years in a church planting internship at The Journey. After 15 years with Mercyview, he stepped into a new chapter of gospel ministry by planting Cross & Crown in July 2025. Brad originally from Jackson, Missouri, is a 2000 graduate of Missouri Baptist University (B.A.), is certified through Anago Partners, and is currently pursuing an MTh in Scripture and Theology at Union School of Theology, a Reformed evangelical seminary based in Bridgend, Wales (UK).

Trey serves as a lay elder and is part of the church Leadership Team. He and his wife Ellen have been married since 2012 and have three children Eliorah, Jantzen, and Eisley.

Trey is an Arkansas transplant to Tulsa, and has called the metro home since Fall of 2012. He is a graduate of Nelson University (B.A.), and has spent over a decade in church ministry.

Jacob serves as one of the deacons at Cross & Crown, and has been part of the church since 2018.

Zach is an elder candidate, part of the church's leadership team, and serves as our Director of Operations and Worship.

He and his wife Amy have two children and have been part of Cross & Crown since 2025.

Isaac Smith serves as one of the deacons at Cross & Crown, and has been part of the church for more than a decade.

Matt is an elder candidate and serves the church on the leadership team and as our Finance Director.

He and his wife Cassey, have four children, and have been part of Cross & Crown since 2025.

Wil Stokes serves as one of the deacons at Cross & Crown, and has been part of the church for more than a decade.

Andy is an elder candidate and serves the church on the leadership team.
