Brad is a staff elder and Cross & Crown's founding and lead pastor. He serves the church as its primary preaching pastor, as well as overseeing its vision and corporate worship efforts. Brad has been married to his wife Holly since 1999 and they have nine children and two sons-in-law – Cooper, Margo and her husband Gabe, Sloan and her husband Will, Everett, Blythe;, Owen; Paige, Asher, and Reese.

He has served in local church ministry since 2003. He and his family moved to Tulsa to plant Mercyview Church in May 2010 from St. Louis, MO, where he spent three years in a church planting internship at The Journey. Brad is originally from Jackson, Missouri, is a 2000 graduate of Missouri Baptist University (B.A.), and recently received certification through Anago Partners, a 15-month program designed to upskill pastors to lead flourishing churches. Brad is currently pursuing an MTh in Scripture and Theology at Union School of Theology, a Reformed evangelical seminary based in Bridgend, Wales (UK).

Trey serves part-time as Cross & Crown's Executive Director, overseeing church operations. He and his wife Ellen have been married since 2012 and have three children Eliorah, Jantzen, and Eisley.

Trey is an Arkansas transplant to Tulsa, and has called the metro home since Fall of 2012. He is a graduate of Nelson University (B.A.), and has spent over a decade in church ministry.
