Ep27: The Dark Side of DEI | What the Jason Arday Tragedy Reveals About Truth and Racial Guilt

Aug 21, 2026    Brad Andrews

In this week's episode of Christianly, we look at three stories that expose what happens when institutions protect ideology over reality. First, we examine the recent HHS report “Wolves in White Coats” and the allegations within it that show financial incentives and questionable billing practices helped turn vulnerable children into recurring customers of gender-related medicine. Then we turn to the tragic story surrounding Cambridge professor Jason Arday and ask what happens when DEI, racial guilt, and institutional standing make basic questions about truth and academic standards difficult to ask. And finally, we examine the collapse of “principled conservatism” through the story of Mike Pence and ask whether Christians have sometimes confused being winsome with being clear if a transgender CIA officer felt affirmed by Pence.
